Nancy Ramirez Ayala

For over 20 years, Nancy has provided exceptional service and representation to clients in their business related endeavors in Nevada and California.  Nancy’s diverse legal and business background, coupled with a great attitude and desire to contribute to a client’s success, make her a valuable asset to her clients.

Nancy focuses her practice on business and intellectual property law. She has wide-ranging experience litigating copyright, trademark, trade secrets, rights of publicity and internet related disputes, as well as general contract and commercial issues, partnership and corporate governance issues, and employment related disputes. 

Nancy works closely with her clients to ensure their brands, copyrights, trade secrets and all intellectual property is protected and their rights enforced in today’s competitive business environment. One of Nancy’s primary focuses is to advise clients regarding brand protection strategies including the selection, clearance, protection and enforcement of trademark rights. She also counsels clients on the adoption and use of trademarks, including obtaining registrations at the State and Federal levels. 

Nancy regularly counsels clients on strategies to strengthen their intellectual property rights through contractual and business relationships including among others, licensing and merchandising agreements, work-made-for-hire and assignment agreements, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements, and IP use, ownership and protection agreements.
